I have a proven track record of creating from scratch, organizing and managing a Customer Support Center that is well-known in the Global Telecommunication market for its high quality and customer-oriented standards. In the course of participating in significant projects, I have traveled to several countries, including the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Egypt, France, Sweden to support project-related objectives.

As a project manager, I led the resolution of critical telecommunications incidents impacting major wholesale customers, ensuring compliance with strict SLAs. I coordinated cross-functional teams to swiftly address terrestrial outages, fiber cut issues and the more challenging repairs of subsea cables. These high-stakes scenarios demanded effective problem-solving, precise communication and the ability to perform under intense pressure, all while minimizing downtime and safeguarding customer relationships.

Even though different types of projects require different approach in PM methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, I always prefer to have flexibility during the process so hybrid and combined solutions in methodology work better for me.
