As an experienced Project Manager and in parallel, Customer Support Manager with over 15 years of experience and over 25 years in total in the International Telecommunication sector regarding Project Management, Customer Management and Customer Experience (CX), among other significant projects,
I have a proven track record of creating from scratch, organizing and managing a Customer Support Center that is well-known in the Global Telecommunication market for its high quality and customer-oriented standards. In the course of participating in significant projects, I have traveled to several countries, including the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Egypt, France, Sweden to support project-related objectives.
As a Manager, I am customer-oriented, results-driven, a proactive communicator, a collaborative leader and a coach for my team.
